- Counter service for all transactions is entertained within five (5) minutes.
- Appointment of students to obtain counseling services is entertained within two (2) hours.
- Appointment of students to obtain guidance services is entertained within two (2) hours.
- Conducting counseling / counseling sessions within 40-60 minutes per session
- Stay up to date with clients by providing appropriate services within a week
- Strive to refer clients to a specific party with client’s consent on the basis of the ability of the Psychological Officer within 24 hours
- Customer complaints are responded within three (3) working days.
